How to change your policy

How to make a claim
They say you only find out how good an insurance provider is when you need to make a claim. We understand this is when you need us most and have therefore employed Darren Suleman as your dedicated Claims Manager. Darren has over 25 years insurance company experience and his job is to make sure your claim is settled as quickly and as favourably as possible.

If your loss occurs outside of office hours please consult your policy documents where details of your insurance companies claims line telephone number will be.
Paying an outstanding balance
If you need to make a payment on your insurance either: - Call us on 0191 482 1219 during office hours
- E-mail us at contactus@northerncounties.com quoting your policy number and one of our team will call you at a convenient time to collect payment
Cancelling your policy
If you want to cancel your policy you can either: - Call us on 0191 482 1219 during office hours with the date you need your insurance to be cancelled from

Please remember that in order for us to cancel your insurance policy we require the return of your current Certificate of Insurance and any official documents to our office.
Making a complaint
Our aim is to provide you with the highest levels of service at all times. If you have not been happy with the service you have received we have a complaints procedure which is explained below.
