You’ve probably heard this before and at NCi we tend to agree with it. It is for this reason why we aim to make the claims service you receive from us better than you might well get elsewhere.
When you have suffered a loss and need to make a claim, we will help you so your claim is settled as quickly and as favourably as possible. To do this we have a dedicated in-house claims department headed by our claims manager Darren Suleman.
If you therefore need to make a claim simply:
Darren or a member of the claims department will then help make sure your insurance company is notified (some insurers prefer you to do this direct so if you’re in any doubt just call us) and that the process of dealing with and settling your claim isn’t delayed.
Should your loss occur outside of our office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) please consult your policy documents where details of your insurance companies’ claims line telephone number will be. Some of our insurance companies claims numbers can be found here.
