Small Charity Constitution Launched

With more and more small charities setting up, the Charity Commission have launched a new constitution aimed at small charities.

The constitution has been designed specifically for small charities with an annual income of below £5,000 and who do not own a building, do not employ staff and do not intend to register with the charity commission.
